DIRECTION OF USE:
Adults: For adults, at 30-60 minutes before meals. Take 1 capsule 3 times daily. Keep taking it for a month.

Vegetable magnesium stearate in a non-GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

RECOMMENDED PURPOSE:
